About the art: By the Sea is a nautically inspired collage created in the cut paper style. Papers for this collage were individually hand painted on a Gelli Arts Gel Plate using acrylic paints and various hand made texture tools. The rich blue, teal, black, cream, and orange color palette features various hand cut and hand stamped fish swimming beneath a sail boat floating across a serene sea.
