About the art: Forest Floor is an original piece of collage art created with hand painted gel plate papers and pages from an old dictionary. The inspiration for the piece began with a small piece of pine from the woods behind my house. I combined it with other hand sketched and painted papers in a modified grid pattern. The colors are a lovely combination of rust, peach, grey, dusty blue, copper, and black and beige.
